Terms of Use

1. Test Rules

  • One attempt per payment
  • No refunds after starting the test
  • Cheating will result in permanent ban
  • Test results are final
  • 50 questions must be completed in one session
  • Inactivity Timeout: If you remain completely inactive (no clicks or keyboard input) for 5 minutes during the test, the test will be automatically ended. Your current answers will be submitted and scored based on what you have completed so far.

2. Rankings

Your name and country will appear on public rankings if you score high enough. Email addresses are never displayed.

3. Payments

  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal
  • The test fee is non-refundable once the test has started
  • Each payment allows for one test attempt
  • Payment processing follows the terms and conditions of your chosen payment provider

4. Intellectual Property

All content on IQ Challenge Global is protected intellectual property, including but not limited to:

  • Test questions and answers
  • Platform design and interface
  • Logos and branding
  • Written content and documentation

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of this content is strictly prohibited. Users may not share, sell, or redistribute test questions or content in any form.

5. Test Results Disclaimer

The IQ Challenge Global test results are provided for entertainment and self-assessment purposes only. Results are not:

  • An official or professionally validated IQ assessment
  • A substitute for professional psychological evaluation
  • Diagnostic of intellectual capacity or potential
  • Endorsed by psychologists or scientific institutions

Your score reflects your performance on this specific test and should not be compared to clinical IQ tests. We make no claims about the scientific validity or accuracy of our test as a measure of intelligence.

6. User Conduct

Users must not:

  • Use automated tools or bots
  • Share or sell test questions
  • Create multiple accounts
  • Provide false information

7. Rewards & Recognition

IQ Challenge Global operates on a monthly, quarterly and annual cycle of participation and recognition.

  • Monthly: The top 1 ranked participant at the end of each month will receive a prize chosen from our monthly reward catalog.
  • Quarterly: If a participant maintains the #1 position for a full quarter (3 consecutive months), they will receive a premium gift and an exclusive quarterly certificate.
  • Annual: The participant who has spent the most time ranked #1 throughout the year will be crowned "The Smartest Person in the World" and will receive a high-value gift from our annual reward catalog along with an official certificate.

To be eligible for rewards, participants must complete the full test and provide a valid email address. All rewards are digital unless otherwise stated in our catalog.

8. Prize Winner Contact & Eligibility

Notification & Response Period: When a participant is ranked #1 and becomes eligible for a monthly, quarterly, or annual prize, IQ Challenge Global will contact them at the email address provided during registration.

  • The winner has 7 calendar days from the notification date to respond and confirm their eligibility.
  • If the winner does not respond within 7 days, they forfeit the prize.
  • We will then contact the next highest-ranked participant and repeat the process, allowing 7 additional days.
  • This process continues until we locate a participant who responds and confirms their eligibility.

Eligibility Requirements: To be eligible for a prize, the participant must:

  • Have a valid email address associated with their account
  • Be reachable at that email address during the notification period
  • Confirm their identity and eligibility within the 7-day window
  • Not have violated any terms of service or engaged in cheating

9. Limitation of Liability

IQ Challenge Global is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

  • Technical failures or service interruptions
  • Loss of test data or scores
  • Any indirect or consequential damages
  • Third-party payment processor issues

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that:

  • Violate these terms
  • Engage in cheating or fraudulent behavior
  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Violate intellectual property rights

Upon termination, your right to use the platform immediately ceases. Your ranking history may be retained for the integrity of past leaderboards.
